On October 29th, as the Sixth Wan Zai Fireworks Culture Festival approaches, the Wan Zai County Fireworks and Pyrotechnics Merchants Association issued an open letter to thevast fireworks owners in Wan Zai County, calling on the entire industry to unite, operate compliantly, uphold their original mission, and jointly promote development.
The open letter focuses on two core aspects: "Safety" and "Quality." Regarding safety, it emphasizes adhering to the safety bottom line and building a vital lifeline for industry development. In response to the recently issued 'Opinions on Further Strengthening All-Chain Safety Supervision of Fireworks and Pyrotechnics' by the General Office of the State Council, it calls on all county enterprises to recognize the situation, proactively adapt to the new normal of strict supervision, and abandon complacency. It requires all personnel to implement safety production responsibilities, enhance staff training, strictly follow operating procedures, and maintain a zero-accident baseline in safety production with the highest standards, thereby safeguarding industrial development.
Regarding quality, it stresses upholding the initial commitment to quality, strictly controlling product quality, and resolutely eliminating mass production with shortcuts, without simplifying processes or reducing materials. It mandates strict adherence to national standards, controlling every stage from procurement to processing and testing, and demonstrating Wan Zai's craftsmanship through superior quality.
The issuance of this open letter aims to urge fireworks enterprises in Wan Zai County to fulfill their main responsibilities and jointly promote the high-quality and sustainable development of the Wan Zai fireworks industry.
